coachChoosing a chess trainer should be done with a bit of care. During my long and many facetted chess career I have come across many chess players, trainers and teaching materials. One obvious conclusion I drew is that playing strength, expressed in the (in)famous ELO-rating, does not equal teaching strength. When considering taking up chess training in whatever way, shape or form, you are not necessarily looking for a strong player, but for a good teacher. The two demand very different skill sets. When training with me you get a trainer who:
